What to do if your mag hasn’t arrived
If your mag hasn’t arrived yet, please make the checks below first, then fill in the form and we’ll get straight on it for you. For any other customer service enquiries, please use the form too.
✔️ If you subscribed via this website, your order is on a 3-month rolling subscription so your next issue will be posted when the next payment comes out (every 3 months). Please check the date of your first order. We’re currently building a new website that should bring everyone’s renewal dates in line (and should be ready by the next issue (#9) - April 2023).
✔️ Please allow a week for your magazine to arrive in the UK and a few weeks for international orders. Magazines are out posted every weekday.
✔️ Please double check if you ordered a print or digital copy. Digital copies are delivered to your inbox (please check your junk) within 24 hours.
✔️ Please let us know your order number.
