Thoughtfully Media Ltd is owned by Sophie Cross. 

We collect your data to send you the magazine (by post or digitally by email) and to send you the e-newsletter (if you opt-in).

We collect your name, address and email address if you purchase the magazine and your name and email address if you sign up for the e-newsletter. Your data is stored securely in MailChimp and Squarespace and is never shared with anyone else.

Payments are taken securely through Paypal or Stripe and we do not hold or store any card payment details.

You can request a copy of your data, ask it to be edited or have it deleted by emailing editor@freelancermagazine.co.uk. Action will be taken within 24 hours. 

We are ICO registered.
